The Institute of Flavour allowed guests to immerse themselves in a sensory celebration of seasoning that brought to life the pop behind Propercorn’s product.

Working with food architects Bompas&Parr, Jotta created 5 distinct experiences that allowed guests to create their perfect popped corn from over 125,000 different flavour combinations. The winning flavour, to be developed for sale across the UK.

Installations brought to life the making of Propercorn across all its stages. From choice of corn and seasonings in our ’Flavour Library’ through to shaking and bagging the corn to ensure maximum flavour hit!

At the heart of the experience, Jotta created a celebration of surely the greatest metamorphosis of any food, the pop of the corn, using intelligent strobe lighting and industrial air movers within a custom designed infinity vitrine.
